A shirt from the season in which Manchester City won the Premier League with 93 points and 29 wins from 38 matches. In the league, K. De Bruyne was the top scorer with 15 goals, followed by R. Sterling with 13 and R. Mahrez with 11. Gabriel Jesus and De Bruyne led the assist list with 8 assists each. Spectacular home wins against Norwich (5:0), Arsenal (5:0), Leeds (7:0) and Newcastle (5:0) underlined City's attacking strength. In the Champions League, City reached the final, with a 4:3 home win against Real Madrid in the semi-final and a 5:0 away win against Sporting CP in the play-off round. Mahrez was the top scorer in the European competition with seven goals. In the FA Cup, City made it to the semi-final, where they were knocked out 2:3 by Liverpool.
