Ein Trikot aus der Saison, in der Liverpool mit 58 Punkten aus 38 Spielen den sechsten Platz in der Premier League belegte. Dirk Kuijt war mit 13 Toren der erfolgreichste Torschütze, gefolgt von M. Rodríguez mit 10 und Fernando Torres mit 9 Treffern. Die Reds siegten 5:0 gegen Birmingham, gewannen auswärts 5:2 bei Fulham und setzten sich 3:0 gegen Newcastle sowie gegen Manchester City durch.
