    Description

    This special shirt from FC Zürich was created in 2005 for the 30th anniversary of Hermann "Hermi" Burgermeister, who was part of the furniture at the club for decades as masseur and kit manager - an honour usually reserved for players, but here given to a man from the dressing room, without whom nothing runs on the pitch. The white and blue Nike shirt in size XL is therefore a limited-run shirt for a single occasion and, accordingly, rarely turns up on the secondhand market. In terms of timing, the anniversary falls in one of FCZ's stronger phases under Lucien Favre, which was rewarded shortly afterwards with victory in the 2004-05 Swisscom Cup. With a grade of 7/10, the shirt shows signs of wear, but remains interesting as a keepsake of a club figure who was rarely in the spotlight.

      So your shirt lasts - the essentials in short:

      • Wash inside out, zips closed, 30 °C gentle cycle, detergent for sportswear.
      • Never tumble dry - air dry. Do not iron (at most carefully with steam).
      • Soak stains beforehand (mild soap), never chlorine bleach.
      • Old shirts with brittle print/flock: as rarely as possible, and by hand only.
