The story behind the shirt

Ein Trikot aus der Saison, in der Juventus die Serie A zum neunten Mal in Folge gewann. Mit 26 Siegen aus 38 Spielen sicherten sich die Bianconeri den italienischen Meistertitel mit 83 Punkten. Cristiano Ronaldo war mit 31 Toren bester Torschütze der Liga, gefolgt von Paolo Dybala mit 11 Toren und Gonzalo Higuaín mit 8 Treffern. Bei den Assists führte Rodrigo Bentancur mit 7 Vorlagen, während Dybala und Miralem Pjanić je 6 Assists beisteuerten. In der Champions League erreichte Juventus das Viertelfinale, wo man Lyon mit 2:1 nach Heim- und Auswärtsspiel besiegte, ehe in der nächsten Runde Schluss war. In der Coppa Italia schaffte man es bis in die Halbfinals gegen AC Milan, musste sich dort aber geschlagen geben. Im Super Cup verlor Juventus das Finale gegen Lazio mit 1:3.
