Unter Trainer Arne Slot erreichte Feyenoord in der Saison 2021–22 in der Eredivisie Platz drei mit 71 Punkten aus 34 Spielen. Guus Til war mit 15 Toren bester Torschütze, gefolgt von Bryan Linssen (13 Tore) und Luis Sinisterra (12 Tore). Das große Highlight war der Einzug ins Finale der UEFA Europa Conference League, wo Feyenoord nach Siegen gegen Slavia Praha und Marseille AS Roma mit 0:1 unterlag.
