      The story behind the shirt

      Worn in the season in which Lugano finished fourth in the Swiss Super League. Under coach Mattia Croci-Torti, the club also played on the international stage. In the UEFA Europa Conference League, Lugano completed the group stage with four wins, one draw and one defeat from six matches, collected 13 points and finished with a goal difference of 11. The 3:0 home win against HJK Helsinki was particularly impressive. In the Europa League, the club was knocked out early in the play-offs, losing 1:5 against Beşiktaş. The club's top scorer in European competitions was Hamada Mahmoud with 4 goals in total. Matteo Zanotti provided the most assists with 3, followed by Riccardo Steffen and Antonio Grgić with 2 assists each.
