    Extremely rare Chelsea Home shirt from the 1981-83 seasons in Excellent condition. At the time, Chelsea played with little success in the second English league (Second Division). The "Blues" finished the 1981-82 and 1982-83 seasons in twelfth and 18th place. A great vintage piece from the early 1980s that rarely turns up in our shop.

    The product was manufactured by Le Coq Sportif, is blue/white/red and of the "Home" type from the 1981-83 season in size XL.

    We grade this item as follows: Excellent.

    Details / additions: Slightly brittle manufacturer logos on the sleeves with a few small tears. Some very small bits of fluff. The size information on the label inside the neck is moderately faded.

      So your shirt lasts - the essentials in short:

      • Wash inside out, zips closed, 30 °C gentle cycle, detergent for sportswear.
      • Never tumble dry - air dry. Do not iron (at most carefully with steam).
      • Soak stains beforehand (mild soap), never chlorine bleach.
      • Old shirts with brittle print/flock: as rarely as possible, and by hand only.
