    Spectacular and rare BSC Young Boys home shirt from the 1981-83 seasons. In these years, Young Boys were unable to build on their successes from the late 1970s, finishing the 1981-82 season in fifth place and the 1982-83 season in ninth place in the then Nationalliga A. Overall, the shirt is in very good condition and, given its age, even in excellent condition! Before its time at Retroshirts, it was repaired in three places, with small holes sewn up to protect the shirt from further damage. The colours have been preserved flawlessly. A rarity from Swiss football that turns up extremely rarely with us.

      So your shirt lasts - the essentials in short:

      • Wash inside out, zips closed, 30 °C gentle cycle, detergent for sportswear.
      • Never tumble dry - air dry. Do not iron (at most carefully with steam).
      • Soak stains beforehand (mild soap), never chlorine bleach.
      • Old shirts with brittle print/flock: as rarely as possible, and by hand only.
