The story behind the shirt

Worn in the season in which Muangthong United finished sixth in the Thai League 1. From 30 league games, the team collected 47 points and scored 52 goals. Under coach M. Đurovski, S. Mirzaev was the top scorer with 13 goals, followed by Derley and Willian Popp with 12 goals each. In the FA Cup, the team achieved a 10-0 win against Phatthana Nikhom City in the first round, before being eliminated in the quarter-final against Buriram United. In the league, there were also clear wins such as a 4-0 against Rayong FC and a 3-0 against Sukhothai FC.
