    With this away shirt prepared for Silas from GC Zürich's 2010-11 season, you're adding a real collector's item to your wardrobe! The shirt comes directly from the club's dressing room and was prepared for a Super League match. The shirt was acquired by Retroshirts through a personal contact with connections in Swiss football operations. It's unclear whether the shirt merely hung in the dressing room or whether it was actually worn in a match. The shirt has all the characteristics of a match shirt: the Super League patch on the left sleeve and the league sponsor on the right chest. Given its flawless condition, it seems rather unlikely that the shirt was worn in a match, though this can't be confirmed with certainty. Silas dos Santos Brindeiro passed through several clubs in the Brazilian states of Pernambuco and São Paulo before moving to Portugal in 2009, joining Grasshoppers in July 2010 from second-division side CD Trofense. The Brazilian striker made three Super League appearances in the first half of the 2010-11 season before his contract was terminated at the end of December 2010. It's precisely this rarity that makes Silas shirts a true treasure for GC collectors.
