GC Zürich 2007-08 home shirt Match Prepared - BLUMER #31 - 5/10 - [XL]

Our own studio photos of the original - never a catalogue image

    Description

With this Match Prepared home shirt of David Blumer from Grasshopper Club Zürich from the 2006-07 season, you get a genuine collector's item for your wardrobe! The shirt was acquired by Retroshirts through a personal contact with connections in Swiss football, who was personally handed this shirt by the player. It is unclear whether the shirt merely hung in the changing room, was used for warming up, or was worn in a match. However, the shirt shows the features of a match shirt: the league sponsor on the right chest and the Super League patch on the left sleeve. The shirt has several pinhole-sized holes, as the original owner had hung this shirt on the wall. Apart from that, the shirt is in good condition.

Original football shirt of the club GC Zürich / GCZ (nickname "GC") from the Super League.

The product was manufactured by adidas, is white/blue and of the "Home" type from the 2007-08 season in size XL.

The shirt is printed with the squad number #31. It is printed with the name BLUMER. This is a Match Prepared version.

We rate this item as follows: Good (5/10).

Details / additions: Many pinhole-sized holes on the shoulder and sleeve area at the back. Some loose threads in the seam below the nameset. One hole each to the left and right of the chest sponsor. Two small holes at the front bottom in the middle. A stain in the white section at the front left bottom in the middle. The club sponsor and the league sponsor show light signs of wear.

Icon for reviewWhat condition are the shirts in?

Honest condition details, transparent 1-10 grading and high-resolution original photos - so you see exactly what you get.

      • Our vintage treasures have a history - and sometimes the odd battle scar.
      • We list every flaw plainly and give a clear score from 1 (to love anyway) to 10 (fresh out of the time machine). How we grade is explained in detail on our condition page.
      • We take the photos ourselves in the studio, high-resolution and without Photoshop touch-ups - you can see every seam, every thread and every heroically earned stain.
Icon for shopping_bagCan I pick up / try on in store?

Of course - drop by our store in Zurich and take a look at the shirts before buying (trying on included). Opening hours and address are here on the store page. What you see in the online shop is also in the store. During June/July some shirts are also at our pop-up in Zurich main station. Every shirt shows which location it is at.

Icon for secureHow do I care for my vintage shirt?

So your shirt lasts - the essentials in short:

      • Wash inside out, zips closed, 30 °C gentle cycle, detergent for sportswear.
      • Never tumble dry - air dry. Do not iron (at most carefully with steam).
      • Soak stains beforehand (mild soap), never chlorine bleach.
      • Old shirts with brittle print/flock: as rarely as possible, and by hand only.
