The story behind the shirt

Zürich W spielte in der Saison 2023-24 eine starke Playoff-Kampagne in der AXA Women's Super League und erreichte das Finale des Schweizer Pokalwettbewerbs, wo man gegen Servette Chênois W mit 1:3 unterlag. Auf dem Weg dorthin überzeugten die Zürcherinnen in den Viertelfinals gegen Luzern W mit einem 2:0 auswärts und einem 2:1 daheim. Im Halbfinale folgten zwei enge Duelle gegen Basel W — ein 2:1-Auswärtssieg und ein 2:2-Heimremis brachten den Einzug ins Endspiel. V. Pinther führte die Torschützenliste mit 10 Toren an, S. Piubel und L. Egli trugen mit je 5 Treffern wesentlich zum erfolgreichen Playoff-Lauf bei. Ein Trikot dieser Saison steht für den Weg von Zürich W bis ins Pokalfinale.
