The story behind the shirt

FC Zürich spielte die Saison 2024–25 unter Trainer Ricardo Moniz und beendete die Super League auf Platz 7 mit 53 Punkten aus 38 Spielen. Steven Zuber und Juan José Perea waren mit je sieben Toren Topscorer, Bledian Krasniqi erzielte sechs Treffer. Bei den Assists führte Mounir Chouiar mit sechs vor Krasniqi und Jahnoah Markelo mit je fünf. International erreichte der Club in der UEFA Europa Conference League die dritte Qualifikationsrunde, nachdem man Shelbourne zuhause 3:0 besiegt hatte, gegen Guimaraes aber 0:3 unterlag. Im Schweizer Cup kam das Team bis ins Viertelfinale.
