    With this home shirt of FC Zürich from the 2005-06 title-winning season, prepared for Gökhan Inler, you're adding a fantastic collector's item to your wardrobe! The shirt comes directly from the club's changing room and was prepared for a Super League match. Retroshirts' contact is a former Swiss professional footballer who swapped this shirt, as well as all his other shirts, with players on the pitch. It's unclear at which match of the season in question the shirt was swapped, or to what extent the player was fielded. The shirt has the features of a match shirt: the Super League patch on the left sleeve and the league sponsor on the right chest. Gökhan Inler started his professional career at FC Aarau and joined FC Zürich for the 2005-06 title-winning season. He was part of the team when Filipescu made himself immortal with his last-minute goal against FC Basel. The former national team player was fielded in 60 matches for FC Zürich until his departure ahead of the 2007-08 season. In doing so, he scored four goals and provided 3 assists. Inler then made the jump to Serie A, where he first played for Udinese and afterwards, until the 2014-15 season, for SSC Napoli. After a further two years at Leicester City, he moved to Turkey, where he ended his career at Besiktas in 2023-24. He played a total of 89 matches for the Swiss national team and scored 7 goals. He took part in both a World Cup and a European Championship final tournament.
