The story behind the shirt

FC Bayern München crowned themselves German champions in 2004-05 under coach Felix Magath and dominated the national cup competitions. The record champions won both the DFB Cup and the DFB League Cup and consistently established themselves at the top of the Bundesliga. Bayern also played in the UEFA Champions League. The season thus marked the high point of Magath's first year at the Isar with three domestic titles. A shirt from this season stands for the historic domestic treble and the dominance of the record champions under Felix Magath.
