    Brazil home shirt from 1998, signed by Rivaldo, as worn at the 1998 World Cup. The shirt has the nameset of the then Brazilian star Rivaldo, who was one of the top performers at the 1998 World Cup and signed this shirt. The signature was obtained personally by the Retroshirts.ch team. The Retroshirts team event 2025 included a trip to the Swissporarena in Lucerne, where the "Swiss Legends" lost 4-6 against former stars of the Brazilian national team on 9 November 2025. Besides Rivaldo, Ronaldinho and Maicon were also there. As Rivaldo walked to the dressing room after the final whistle, a Retroshirts.ch team member managed to get hold of this signature. The signature is placed at the front, centre of the shirt, below the number 10. Brazil entered the 1998 World Cup as defending champions. This mission failed only in the final against France, which they lost 0-3. Rivaldo scored a total of three goals in this tournament. In the quarter-final against Denmark, he scored twice. The shirt dates from the prime of Rivaldo's career, at a time when he had just finished his first of five seasons at FC Barcelona. A beautiful, rare collector's item, hand-signed by a legend!
