    Description

    Very rare FC Aarau away shirt from the 1984-85 season with a nameset of the Danish centre-forward Lars Lunde, who played in the then Nationalliga A for BSC Young Boys as well as FC Aarau. He made 13 appearances for FC Aarau, scoring five goals. For the Bernese club he played 67 matches and scored 34 goals. Lunde originally moved from the Danish club Bröndby IF to BSC Young Boys and was then sold to Bayern Munich, who in turn loaned him out to FC Aarau. From FC Aarau he returned to Bayern, where he scored three goals in 41 appearances. The Dane ended his career at FC Zug. FC Aarau finished the 1984-85 season in a sensational second place behind FC Servette. The condition of the shirt is very good with age-appropriate signs of wear. An absolute rarity and quite possibly a piece of Aargau football history, which we are able to offer for the very first time.
