MKE Ankaragücü, officially Makina Kimya Endüstrisi Ankaragücü Spor Kulübü, is a football club from Ankara, the capital of Turkey. Founded on 1 January 1910, the club is one of the oldest and most traditional football clubs in Turkey. The club colours blue and yellow have shaped the club's identity ever since. For long periods, Ankaragücü played in the top Turkish division and has thus played a significant role in the history of Turkish football.
