The club secured the Premier League title with a 3-2 win over Queen Park Rangers in the very last minute, thanks to an assist from Mario Balotelli that led to Sergio Agüero's goal in the 90+4th minute, finishing two points ahead of Manchester United. This meant the Citizens celebrated their very first league title since the 1967-68 season! The signature by Mario Balotelli comes with a certificate of authenticity from SPORTCOA.com, which is included with the shirt. The Italian striker contributed 13 goals and the one decisive assist to this success in 23 appearances that season. He joined Manchester City in the 2010-11 season and left the club for AC Milan in January 2013. During this time, he made a total of 80 appearances and scored 30 goals. This shirt is also the notably rarer long-sleeved version.
