In this sense, the shirt doesn't match the nameset, as it is the shirt from the previous season. It's likely that an Inter fan at the time had the nameset printed on the shirt from the previous season when the new signing was made - this is a common and well-known phenomenon when an international star joins a team.

Original football shirt from the club Inter Milan / Inter (nickname "Nerazzurri") from the Serie A.

The product was made by Nike, is blue/black and is a "Home" type from the 1999-00 season in size L.

The shirt has the squad number #7 printed on the back.
