The shirt comes straight from the club's dressing room and was prepared for a Super League match. The shirt was acquired by Retroshirts through a personal contact with connections in Swiss football. It's unclear whether the shirt merely hung in the changing room or was actually worn in a match. The shirt shows all the features of a match shirt: the Super League patch on the left sleeve and the league sponsor on the chest. Given various faint marks, it's quite possible the shirt was worn in a match, though this can't be confirmed for certain. Caio originally came up through the youth ranks of Grêmio Barueri in the greater São Paulo area and joined the Grasshoppers in July 2013 after several years at Eintracht Frankfurt and a brief spell back in Brazil. In the 2013-14 season, the Brazilian immediately became a key player and fan favourite: in 33 Super League matches, he scored 13 goals and set up 7 more - helping GC finish 2nd in the championship.

Original football shirt of the club GC Zürich / GCZ (nickname "GC") from the Super League.

The product was made by Puma, is blue/white and is a "Home" type shirt from the 2013-14 season in size XL.

The shirt is printed with the squad number #21 on the back.
