On the right sleeve it carries the Champions League patch, as Thun received it that season for the group stage. Schenkel himself didn't play in the Champions League nights, yet the shirt carries the configuration from that era, when Thun qualified for the group stage and, with sponsor Frutiger, played at Highbury against Arsenal.\nProvenance: This shirt comes from the collection of a longtime Swiss collector, with whom retroshirts.ch works together.
