Because of Heaven Shall Burn's patronage, Carl Zeiss Jena often plays without a sponsor. Here, in place of the chest sponsor, is the Wacken Foundation, a recognised charitable foundation dedicated to promoting hard rock and heavy metal music. The foundation was founded by the organisers of Wacken Open Air. Heaven Shall Burn is featured with a sleeve patch on the shirt. When the shirts were originally sold, a share of each shirt sold went to the Wacken Foundation.

Original football shirt of the club FC Carl Zeiss Jena (nickname "FCC").

The product was made by Puma, is black/white and of the "Home" type from the 2017-18 season in size M.

The shirt is printed with the squad number #7.
