In the 1985-86 season, Young Boys became Swiss champions for the first time since their title-winning run in the late 1950s, bringing this glorious past briefly back to life. This shirt comes directly from the club and is part of a high-quality collection from close within the BSC Young Boys circle. It was prepared for a Nationalliga A match. It's unclear whether it was actually worn in a match or provided as a spare shirt. Squad number 7 was worn by Dario Zuffi. Today's assistant coach of FC Winterthur played as a centre-forward and was active from 1983 to 2000 for FC Winterthur, BSC Young Boys, FC Lugano and FC Basel. For Young Boys he scored 81 goals in 186 appearances and was an important part of the team. He won the championship title with Young Boys in his very first year there, and the Swiss Cup in the 1986-87 season. The club would not achieve similar success again until the 2017-18 season. This shirt is therefore part of the club's history and represents a great success story from the 1980s. Given the shirt's proud age, it comes to us in very good condition. It has some signs of wear, which are typical for its age. This is a high-quality, historically significant piece for Bern's club history and an extremely rare collector's item.

Original football shirt of the club BSC Young Boys / BSCYB (nickname "Young Boys") from the Super League.

The product was manufactured by Puma, is red/white and of the "Away" type from the 1985-86 season in size L.

The shirt has the squad number #7 printed on it.
