Association Sportive de Cannes is a French football club from Cannes on the Côte d'Azur in the southern French département of Alpes-Maritimes. The sports club was founded in 1902, with the football division added in 1909. From 1946 to 1951, the club was named AS Cannes-Grasse. The club colours are red and white.
